As we drift through the endless sea of summer, we find ourselves at the tail end of the hottest months. The most intense heat is mostly behind us, but let’s be honest—it’s always summer here, with subtle variations in temperature. The “winter” version of summer is far more comfortable, though. Many of you skip the peak heat of April through September—and who could blame you? It takes a certain kind of grit to stick it out during those months. So, have you secured your flights? Prepped your homes? Got that rental booked? If not, it’s time to act fast—things fill up quickly around here.

As for us? We’ve been keeping busy, fine-tuning the details, hosting weddings and events, and gearing up for the season ahead. Here’s the latest from La Sirena:

Sweet Music: 

Our La Sirena September 2024 music lineup is hotter than ever. Jazz Mondays are nothing short of extraordinary, Salsa Fridays are a local tradition, and our Sunday Flamenco show is simply magical. We’ve got live music every night, with most performances taking place on the rooftop. Don’t miss our Open Mic Wednesdays from 4-6 PM during Happy Hour—it’s turned into quite the social scene, a welcoming stage for musicians of all stripes to let loose.

The Deli is Back:

We’ve brought back our deli menu for lunch, available every day from 11 AM to 5 PM. Dig into favorites like the Italian Stallion, our version of a Mofaletta Sandwich, Roasted Turkey Club, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and more. Perfect for a laid-back afternoon bite.

Pardon Our Appearance:  

We’re in the midst of a little renovation on our second floor—it was time for a refresh. We are working closely with JJ Property Management Services and designer Jodi Jensen on this project. Phase one is already underway, so you’ll start seeing progress soon. Don’t worry, we’re staying open throughout, and the rooftop will remain untouched, so it’s business as usual up top. We’ll have three days of closure during the renovation, and I’ll post the exact dates in the Club La Sirena group and on our social media well in advance.

Weddings Are Always in Season:  

La Sirena’s rooftop has become a sought-after wedding venue, and we love making dreams come true. Our new wedding event site is live at Let’s Marry in Mexico, where couples can learn more about us and fill out a questionnaire to start planning their perfect day. Weddings are a year-round affair here, and we’re always ready to design your BIG DAY!

Puerto Morelos NFL (and College Football) Headquarters:  

Football fans, rejoice! La Sirena is your go-to spot for NFL and College Football action in Puerto Morelos. We’re adding even more TVs this year, and for the biggest games, we’ll break out the projectors. Just a heads up—we don’t take reservations for specific TVs, so come early, grab your spot, and settle in for some gridiron glory.

Our Epic Halloween Party

We always celebrate our Halloween Party on the 31st of October, save the date and start planning your costume. We will be updating your details about this year’s Epic Costume Contest and Halloween Party!

Year-Round Enrollment:

Tequila University is in session all year round! This is more than just a tasting—it’s an artisanal tequila course paired with a five-course meal. Under the guidance of our master tequilero, Miguel, you’ll explore at least 8 tequilas or agave-based beverages, all while savoring dishes crafted from local ingredients by your personal chef.
